If you do not receive the digital product link upon purchasing, you can immediately contact shop@lessonplanworld.com with your transaction/payment details to ensure your product is delivered as soon as possible.

Wrong Products Replacement
If you have purchased the wrong product and wish to replace it with another one, we can provide a replacement. However, the replacement will only be possible if the wrong product has not been downloaded. Once the product has been downloaded, replacement will not be allowed.
Download Issue
If you are unable to download the product due to any issue on our side, please contact us and we will assist you in completing the download. If we are still unable to provide the product within 48 hours of your request, you will receive a 100% refund.
